1. Acceptance of Terms

By inviting, using, or interacting with the Pulse Music Discord bot ("the Bot", "Pulse Music", "we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must remove the Bot from your server and discontinue use immediately.

2. Description of Service

Pulse Music is a Discord music bot that allows users to play, queue, and manage music within Discord voice channels. The Bot also provides a web-based dashboard for server administrators to manage settings, permissions, and monitor usage.

The service is provided "as-is" and may be modified, updated, or discontinued at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age required in your jurisdiction) to use the Bot. By using the Bot, you represent that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. User Responsibilities

  • You must comply with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines at all times.
  • You are responsible for any content you request the Bot to play or actions you perform through the Bot.
  • Server administrators are responsible for configuring the Bot's permissions appropriately for their community.
  • You must not attempt to exploit, abuse, or interfere with the Bot's operation.

5. Prohibited Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Bot for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot's systems, servers, or databases.
  • Use automated tools, scripts, or bots to interact with the Bot in an abusive manner.
  • Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities instead of reporting them.
  • Use the Bot to harass, spam, or disrupt other users.
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Bot's hosted services.

6. Data Collection & Privacy

Your use of the Bot is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We collect minimal data necessary for the Bot to function. Please review the Privacy Policy for details on what data is collected, how it is used, and your rights.

7. Intellectual Property

The Bot, including its code, design, and branding, is the intellectual property of its developers. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Bot without explicit permission. Music content played through the Bot is owned by its respective rights holders.

8. Availability & Uptime

We strive to keep the Bot online and functional, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. The Bot may experience downtime due to maintenance, updates, third-party service outages (including Discord and Lavalink), or unforeseen issues. We are not liable for any loss resulting from service interruptions.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Bot and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or service interruptions, arising from or related to your use of the Bot.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Bot is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Bot at any time, for any reason, including but not limited to violation of these Terms, abuse, or harmful behavior. You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Bot after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.

13. Third-Party Services

The Bot relies on third-party services including Discord, Lavalink, and music streaming platforms. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or policies of these services. Your use of music content through the Bot is subject to the terms and copyright policies of the respective platforms.
